Perfect Belly


Do you wish you had a belly like this ? Low calorie diet. Avoid chocolates, cakes, biscuits, sweets, fizzy drinks. Go easy on sugar content. Control what you eat - no junk food. Plenty of exercise and workouts. Ab crunches are a great abdominal muscle exercise to flatten the stomach. Regular exercise will tone the body all over and bring stamina for a belly dancer. It takes a lot of hard work and discipline to keep my belly in shape. Consult a professional for advice on your diet - I am not a belly good doctor !
